The Meadows is seeking a Social Service Therapist to join our Clinic Services Department. The position of Social Service Therapist is a full-time, salaried, exempt position with excellent benefits and generous paid time off program. We also offer tuition assistance & reimbursement as well as continued growth opportunities for our staff. Social Service Therapists must be able and willing to work with adolescents and adults. The position is primarily day shift position, Monday - Friday but is required to participate in a weekend and holiday rotation schedule.

The position of Social Service Therapist responsibilities consist of providing individual, group and family therapy sessions to patients and their families along with developing Master Treatment Plans and updates and timely documentation. Interpersonal skills to provide therapy and ability to work with patients, families, treatment team members and aftercare providers are critical.

Job Requirements

:The position of Social Service Therapist requires a minimum of a Master's Degree in Human Services Field with licensure preferred. Background in Chemical Dependency, DBT, and Spanish speaking experience are a plus. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent time management skills as well as efficient and clear documentation skills. Pay commensurate with experience and credentials.
